Speaking on the occasion Attaul-Haq Qasmi said that he considered Nasira Zuberi's book as best book of poetry of 2012. He said that Parveen Shakir and Nasira Zuberi were writing poetry from their college days but their standard of writing improved with the passage of time. He said that poets like Zafar Iqbal and Sarmad Sehbai termed her an established poetess.
Dr Khursheed Rizvi praised the collection of classical and semi-classical poetical works and said that Nasira had done a remarkable job, adding that the work was unique because it was without any gender discrimination and shows human emotions. Rizvi said that light sheds from crystal lamp from all sides but light comes from one side from clay lamp. Nasir Zaidi termed her as talented poetess who has command over language. "The author has expressed her feelings in a semi-classical manner. I wish that she will continue to write poems," Nasir said.
Noted playwright and poet Asgar Nadeem Syed said that Nasira Zuberi's book was a collection of classical poetry. Nasira Zuberi thanked her family members who supported her in her endeavours to launch her book. She said that she did not plan to achieve fame with her work. She said that Lahore is her city where she brought up and completed her education and she feels pride in organising the launching ceremony of her book in this city. She said that her book encompasses highlights of memorable moments of her life. She said that she has learnt a lot from her uncle Masroor Anwar who guided him.
